  • Handle inbound calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries / complaints raised by customers.
  • Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
  • Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
  • Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers through phone and via e-mail.
  • To handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
Requirements:
  • SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Call Centre / Customer Servicefield.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
  • Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
  • Willing to work in shift rotations.
  • Required to have own transportation arrangement.
