Job Descriptions:
·

  • Handle customer support though social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Live Chat) and other channels such as phone and emails.
  • Respond to enquiries or complaints raised by customersthrough social channels in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Support the inbound team as and when required, and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.

Requirements:
  • SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of working experience in Call Centre customer support via social media.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
